| This resort, which was named to "Golf Magazine's" 1995 list of "Silver Medal Resorts," features two outstanding 18-hole courses. The South Course was voted the 10th "Best in State" course for 1995-96, and 14th in 1997-98. The terrain is severely sloped and the fairways are narrow and tree-lined. Water hazards come into play on three holes on the South Course. Sand bunkers are spread throughout, and the greens are small, very sloped, and fast. The signature hole on the South Course is #15, a 188-yard, par 3, featuring a spectacular view of the ocean from the tee. |
